We accept the following forms of payment:

Contactless payments may be made with your compatible credit or debit card to a value of up to £100. There is no limit for the value of payments made with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Please note we do not accept the following:

• Manufacturer's Vouchers
• Discount Coupons

We are very sorry that the product you have purchased has developed a fault. Please return it to the store within 28 days with your proof of purchase and the store will happily give an exchange or refund. Please note, for electrical items, there is a one year manufacturers guarantee.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re not 100% happy with the product you bought from Poundstretcher. Simply return the product in its original condition with proof of purchase within 28 days and we’ll give you a full refund or replacement. To qualify for a refund, products need to be complete with all components and original packaging. This excludes,
- Swimwear & Underwear
- Duvets & Bedding
- Pillows & Mattresses
- Consumable Items: food/drink, batteries, light bulbs, toiletries, etc.
- Pierced Earrings
- Hats & Hair Accessories
- Toilet Seats

If you need to return a faulty product and have lost your receipt and paid for your purchase by Credit or Debit Card, then a copy of your statement identifying the sale will qualify as proof of purchase if the corresponding receipt can be found on the store back-office system.

Do you charge for carrier bags at Poundstretcher?
Do you charge for carrier bags at Poundstretcher?
As a company, we have decided to only sell reusable carrier bags at 15p (20p in Northern Ireland), as we believe that this is the cheapest and most cost-effective reusable carrier bag on the high street. This will not only benefit the environment but also our customers.
We also encourage customers to bring their own reusable bag with them when they visit.

Refunds made on a Debit or Credit Card may take up to 14 days. Please note that Poundstretcher has no control over this as it is handled by standard banking systems. Direct contact with your card provider may also enable you to check the status of your refund.

Refunds for purchases made on credit or debit cards must go back on the card used at the time of purchase with the cardholder present.
