Shoppers queued around the block as Poundstretcher officially opened the doors to its brand-new store in Bangor, North Wales.
Excited customers gathered early to be among the first through the doors at 9am with the first 100 shoppers receiving exclusive goody bags to mark the special occasion. A live DJ kept the crowds entertained throughout the morning, adding to the celebratory atmosphere as eager bargain hunters waited to explore the new store.
The official opening was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Delyth Russell, Mayor of Bangor, who officially welcomed Poundstretcher to the city and wished the team every success in serving the local community.
The new store offers customers an extensive range of everyday essentials, homeware, garden products, seasonal items, pet supplies and great value groceries.
